These foods loaded with refined sugar overload the body and cause a roller coaster of blood sugar highs and lows that keep the cycle going.

Nutrient deficiency:- If you find yourself feeling dizzy without sugar or experiencing chronically strong cravings, it's time to see a specialist because this could indicate a more serious issue. But don't get too far ahead of yourself: When your body lacks certain nutrients that regulate insulin levels, it may affect your desire for sweets. This results in less diversity in the microbiome, a condition known as dysbiosis.   5. High-Stress:- Prolonged stress tends to raise cortisol levels, causing increased glucose levels in the bloodstream and insulin levels. This inhibits your body's ability to use glucose for energy properly, causing you to crave energy spikes by eating a fast source of fuel- sugar.
